FAMILY EDUCATIONAL RIGHTS AND PRIVACY ACT (FERPA)
Working in partnership with the Office of the Registrar, you may find a significant amount of information about the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA) here.
It's important to note that the Office of Judicial Affairs employs a waiver tailored to our office. While we are more than happy to partner with Mason families, without a completed FERPA waiver on record, the Office of Judicial Affairs is likely unable to confirm or deny your student's relationship with our office.
